Last Christmastime we bought a gingerbread house kit with the best intentions of getting it up. Didn't happen. So we put it in the freezer and decided to pull it out and decorate it for Halloween. The girls had some great ideas to make it very spooky. We had lots of fun at Winco in the bulk food bins picking out things to go on it. Then we made it a family night activity of putting it together...
Afton had more fun pulling candy off and eating it, as we suspected she would. An after-pigtails-mullet much?

lindsey, your dang kids! they crack me up-- especially afton... such a ragamuffin. cutest one i've ever seen though:)
ethan has been begging me to let him make a haunted gingerbread house. i keep stalling. i hope he doesn't run into Mia today (and i don't just mean for the sake of his teeth).
Lindsey! It was so good seeing you this past weekend. I wish I had more time to spend in Sacramento. Everytime I'm there though (staying at my mom's), I get all depressed and want out asap!! I think in the future i'll have to stay somewhere else so I can feel more relaxed and have more time to play. You look GORGEOUS in the pic above, by the way. Who knew you just had a kid??
hi lindsey! i just had to tell you that this is a GREAT idea. even better than christmas time gingerbread houses, i think.... and by the way, you have the most beautiful girls.
Fun! I love the picture of you helping the girls. You're totally the family on the package that makes everyone else want to buy it so we'll be as happy as you are. Too cute.
